Yang Ye

Vice President of Business Development

Yang Ye focuses on business development and M&A execution in the Shanghai office. Ms. Ye was a Senior Investment Manager at Pacific Asset Management Co., Ltd. in the Project Investment Department. In this role she completed a number of projects with a total investment of 10 billion RMB. Previously, Ms. Ye spent 10 years in the Investment Banking Department of China International Capital Corporation Limited (CICC), where she was involved in IPOs, financial advisory, private equity and M&A. Ms. Ye received her BA from Shanghai Jiaotong University and an MBA from the University of Birmingham, UK. She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Shanghai Dialect.
