Woodbridge International, a global mergers and acquisitions firm, is pleased to announce the merger of its client, Wellsville, Pennsylvania-based Dominion Elevator Inspection Services (“the Company”) with ALLSAFE Elevator Inspections, Inc. based in Towson, Maryland.
Dominion has been providing complete elevator and escalator inspection services for 25 years. The Company’s clients are distributed across Washington, DC, Virginia, Pennsylvania and Maryland. Dominion has built its diverse and stable client base through client referrals and its reputation for excellence. Long-time clients include primarily public sector facilities such as federal and municipal buildings, hospitals, universities and schools, as well as commercial properties and property management firms.
ALLSAFE Elevator Inspections was founded in 2009 and specializes in third-party elevator, escalator, and vertical lift annual and periodic inspections.
