Woodbridge International Opens Office in Washington, DC

Woodbridge International, a global middle–market mergers and acquisitions firm, is pleased to announce the opening of its first office in Washington, DC.

The office will be headed up by Senior M&A Advisor Richard Phillips who will focus on serving Woodbridge clients in the Mid—Atlantic region.

Richard Phillips is a seasoned deal—maker and accomplished financial and quantitative analyst with over 16 years of corporate finance, investment banking and management consulting experience. During his investment banking and corporate development career, he has completed over 24 M&A and other strategic transactions valued at over $6.2 billion, across several industry sectors and geographical regions.

His work has ranged from early-stage companies looking to accelerate growth through private placement to mature companies looking to recalibrate for growth through divestiture or acquisition. Industries of focus have been enterprise software, IT infrastructure and DCIM, data analytics, cleantech, advanced communications, Oil & Gas, C4ISR, biotechnology/bioinformatics, government contracting, healthcare services, specialty food & beverage, aviation MRO and electronic equipment and components.

Richard received his MS from John Hopkins University and his BA from Lafayette College. He currently holds Series 7, 63, 79 & 82 FINRA licenses.
